The Greek candidates for the Academy, in order to be accepted they must:
- Possess the Hellenic nationality.
- Be mentally and physically healthy according to National Legislation.
- Be high school graduates.
- Be 17 – 21 years old.
- Have successfully passed aptitude tests, medical examinations and physical fitness tests before admission.
- Have successfully passed the Hellenic National Exams for Higher Education.
The prerequisites for the foreign cadets may differ.
